Event Capacity

  • Maximum occupancy: 50 guests

  • Overnight accommodations are not included

  • Sleeping on-site is not permitted under this package

  • Pool heating: $75/day

  • Firewood bundle: $10 each

  • Outdoor movie package: $200

  • Luxury picnic setup: starting at $500

  • Mobile coffee service (vendor supplied) TBD

  • Wood-Fired Hot Tub package $250

  • Day-of event host/attendant: $35/hour

  • Lifeguard $50/hour 
     

Event Insurance Requirement

Groups exceeding 16 guests are required to provide a Certificate of Event Liability Insurance naming Stockholm Haüs as an additional insured prior to the event date.


All events are subject to approval by Stockholm Haüs.
 

This package does not include:

  • Access to the interior of Stockholm Haüs

  • Access to the Guest Haüs

  • Use of the wood-fired hot tub

  • Overnight accommodations of anykind 

  • RV Parking 

  • Tent Camping ​

 

Important Information:

  • Swim at your own risk. No lifeguard is on duty.

  • Stockholm Haüs is not liable for any injuries. 

  • Children must be supervised at all times.

  • No glass containers are permitted in or around the pool area.

  • Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition it was found. Bring all trash to the garbage bin on-site. 

  • Quiet hours and property rules apply. (11pm - 9am) 

  • All guests must leave the property by 11pm sharp.
